A beautiful walk ending at Stirling Station.

Bridge of Allan Station to Stirling Station

lovely views. A very direct but dull, functional route following the pavement next to the main road between the two towns, with reasonable-quality lit pavements throughout. The exception is a steep and cobbled humpbacked bridge over the River Forth.

Easy: 4km, moderate ascents.

The humpbacked bridge over the River Forth is steep and cobbled, with 100m of cobbles and a 9% gradient on one side. The parallel road bridge is closed to pedestrians.
