St. Helier Station to Mitcham Eastfields Station
A pleasant, flat urban walk on quiet roads, good footpaths and through parkland, with no hills. The route deliberately strings together the greener spaces and including a stretch of the Wandle Walk through Ravensbury Park and a finish through Morden Recreation Ground. Follows part of the Wandle Walk through Ravensbury Park.

Church Road can be too busy to cross directly; use the roundabout crossing instead.
Lunch: A cafe at the entrance to Ravensbury Park, near Mitcham.

Wimbledon Station to St. Helier Station
A very urban walk along leafy tree-lined residential streets and urban footpaths and crossing parkland and housing estates. Paved throughout with a short footpath section; a pedestrian bridge with steps near Wimbledon.
Easy: 3km, gentle ascents.
Crossing London Road needs care; use the pedestrian lights.

Motspur Park Station to St. Helier Station
A pleasant green walk through recreation grounds, parks and a large cemetery, using quiet roads and footpaths. Mostly easy underfoot and though some grass and soft bark paths.
Easy: 3km, gentle ascents.
The cemetery is locked outside opening hours (roughly 0800-1800 weekdays, shorter at weekends); an alternative route is needed at other times.
Lunch stop: Blue Diamond Garden Centre café.

St. Helier Station to Sutton Station
A route through pedestrianised high street, busy roads and two pleasant parks and with a short residential section. Mostly easy walking; a busy road is crossed by footbridge. Cafe and toilets at Rosehill Park.
Easy: 4km, gentle ascents.
Lunch: Shops at each end.
