Spectacular (Priory gate). Undulating peaks, steep woodland paths, and rocky valley sections. Malvern developed as spa town in 19th century; inspired Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. Steep descents need careful footing; muddy at stream crossings; steep slope near Beacon.
