A diversion at Manorbier leads to the YHA cafe. Plenty of facilities in Tenby and Pembroke.

Pembroke Station to Pembroke Dock Station (Pembrokeshire)

15m direct from Manorbier.

Starts with a circuit of the Pembroke mill pond, then crosses a housing estate before meandering through ancient woodland on wide paths and with small brooks and hollow ways and sporadic estuary views. A gentle climb at Cuckoo Wood leads up to the built-up area of Pembroke Dock. Briefly follows the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Worth keeping dogs on leads, as there are sheep.

Tough: steep ascents. 3km.
